The Penthouse has 3 levels, the lowest being the one where you enter the 4th floor of the building.

*Ground floor (4th floor of the building): Equipped kitchen with sea view, dining room with lagoon view, half bathroom. Air-conditioning.

*First level (5th floor):
Room #1: king size bed, ocean view, full bathroom, air conditioning, TV.

Room #2: 2 queen size beds, lagoon view, full bathroom, air conditioning, TV.

*Second level (6th floor): Dining area with TV and balcony overlooking the sea, grill, small refrigerator.
Overlooking the lagoon, it has 1 small room with a sofa bed, full bathroom, air conditioning.

There is WIFI on all levels.

Guests are required to wear a bracelet. This will give you access to all common areas and allow entry to the condominium.
To do this, you must send us in advance the name and surname of the guests who will stay in the apartment.

* Upon arrival, for the safety of all guests, vans or taxis will not be able to go beyond the security booth. Guests must get off there and then go to the penthouse. The elevator is a few meters from the main booth.
* In the case of reservations longer than 1 month, it will be necessary to agree on a daily fee for electricity consumption.
* The amenities provided, such as a bottle of water, toilet paper and towels, are provided only once per reservation. If they are sold out, it will be necessary to buy more at the nearest store.

The full names of all guests must be provided at least 24 hours in advance so that their entry is registered in administration.

Guests must wear an identifying bracelet throughout their stay. The loss of it will have a cost of $10 usd.

Guests must report any faults or breakages that occur during their stay to their host.
