Luxury loft located in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, which is the most exclusive and safe area of the city. The apartment and its rooftop has an incredible view over the Nichupté lagoon.

The condominium has a large pool with sun beds around it as well as a palapa where you can grill and enjoy a day in Cancun as if it was your own home. The green areas are wide and are next to a very beautiful sweet water lagoon canal.

The Space:
It is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance, going up one level of stairs. It offers:

- A bedroom has a double bed and a 55 '' Smart TV.
- Living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and canal view.
- Dinning table for two.
- Kitchen with breakfast bar and stools.

Above the apartment there is a roof garden with a spectacular panoramic view of the entire hotel zone and the Nichupté lagoon to enjoy the sunsets.

Additionally, if you wish, we can lend you a kayak to go look around the lagoon canals and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

Guest Access:
Our guests can use the common areas of our condominium, with a schedule from 7 am to 10 pm. We have an exclusive roof garden for our guests with an exceptional view.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the hotel zone, believe me, there is no better location than this: the beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, the city center and more, all within minutes.

Within a perimeter of 300 meters you will find a 24/7 pharmacy, delicious restaurants, supermarkets, a church, Starbucks and access to public transport where you can get to any part of the hotel zone quickly and safely.

If you cross the main avenue will see a Ferry Terminal to Isla Mujeres.
Public beaches with a calm sea to enjoy and covid test in the same place.

Getting Around:
Easy access to any point of the hotel zone, just 1 minute walk by the corner is the bus stop, which are safe and economic.They cost $ 12 Mexican pesos per person, most have conditioned air.

Similarly there are taxis that can be ordered in the hotel next door.

A car rental is an other option and we can gladly help you with that for the best prices!
