Getting Around:

The property is about 17 km | 11 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the Villas Tropical complex (km 14.5) in the hotel zone. The easiest way to reach our property is by private shuttle. You can easily book one in Cancun Airport right after the luggage hall, to obtain the best rates. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only, note they can be a bit pricey.

The unit is located on the first floor, 16 steps high. There is no elevator.



This property has a strict “no party and no visitors” rule.



Wi-Fi, 65-inch flatscreen TV, bed linens, towels, some bottles of water, and parking spot are provided free during your stay.



A cleaning refresh, including a change of towels and linens, replenishment of toilet paper, and trash removal is included in the cleaning fee. Depending on the length of your stay, the owner will arrange to provide this service once or more times during your stay. If you prefer to have complete privacy, please let us know in advance.



This is an adult only property. No minors are allowed in the premises.



Please note that although our villas are adults only, there are families residing in the community, therefore there may be children enjoying the common areas.



Electricity is included, but please be mindful of your consumption. Excessive electricity consumption carries an extra fee. To help avoid any extra charges, please remember to turn off the AC when you're not at home and keep all windows and doors closed when at home with the AC running.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



There are surveillance cameras located around the property and parking area strictly for guest safety and security only.



There is no washer or dryer in the apartment, but Lavanderia Laundromat is just 30 meters away.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older. The property is not suitable for minors.

- This is an adult only property. No minors are allowed in the premises.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the apartment, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- It's forbidden to move furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
