In the heart of Canberra's night life, with a wide variety of restaurants, retail shopping outlets, cinemas and city sights nearby, with the Canberra Centre Shopping Centre just across the road, also being easily accessible by public transport; bus and trams.
A large fridge is provided however the automatic water function is unable to be plumbed in due to building restrictions
