Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Harrison â a 15 min ride from Canberra`s CBD. Convenience is on your doorstep, literally â it`s a light rail station. You can access all the apartment`s amenities throughout your stay.
On-site BBQ facilities allow you to enjoy an afternoon entertaining your friends.
This sensational East facing apartment is situated on the second floor and boasts a light filled living space. You will have access to lifts.
BEDROOMS:
One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a double - with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It includes:

- Nespresso - pods not supplied
- toaster
- fridge/freezer
- stove top
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Sony smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. The TV also has access to local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREA:
Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival.+
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
