BEDROOM:

The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.



BATHROOM:

The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.



Note for the Ensuite Bathroom Sliding Door:

Please ensure the thumb turn is turned all the way through to lock the door securely — a partial turn will not activate the lock.



KITCHEN:

You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:

- fridge/freezer

- stovetop

- microwave

- toaster

- oven

- coffee machine

- crockery and cutlery

- dishwasher



We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room has an LG smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. TV does not have local channels.



LAUNDRY AREA:

A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.



PARKING:

The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars.

Heaps of free street parking nearby.

There are 7 spots of onsite visitor parking that doesn`t require remote access.



Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.



Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge



I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.



I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!



Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.



Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
