Modern 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartment with amazing views to Black Mountain Tower. Everything you need in this secure, safe, beautiful location in the Molonglo River valley. Basement carspace for one car, lift access, heating/cooling, ensuite to Master Bedroom, washing machine, dryer, huge balcony, nearby reservoir is beautiful for walks. Located right next to Mount Stromlo, perfect location for active minded people. The apartment`s internal laundry is big enough to fit two mountain bikes.
This apartment has one Master Bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms (one is an ensuite). The Master Bedroom has its own A/C & heating. There is also A/C & heating to the main living space. There is a small separate study with desk and lamp. Wi-fi & Chromecast to smart TV. The balcony is large with plenty of space to eat and relax with the awesome sweeping views. There is a big internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a dishwasher.
The whole apartment is for exclusive guest access.
Close to famous Mt Stromlo moutain bike tracks and the brand new Stromlo Leisure Centre. 15 minute drive to City, Woden and Belconen...
Bus at the front door going to the Parliamentary triangle and the City.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

1. No parties allowed. ZERO tolerance.
2. Noise curfew of 1030pm. This means no loud music or loud talking/shouting past this time. This is out of respect to the neighbours nearby.
