The residence, consisting of just a few units, is located in Gries, an elegant quarter of the pretty village of Canazei in a very quiet and reserved area. Each flat in the house has an uncovered parking space. The centre of Canazei, which can be reached easily and quickly, is about 400/500 metres from the accommodation. The numerous walks in the forest can also be reached in a short time, and in winter the ski bus stop to the ski lifts is about 200 metres away.
A very nice flat that has been recently renovated, it is located on the second floor of an elegant building in the Gries area, a short distance from the centre of Canazei, which can be easily reached on foot. The apartment consists of a pleasant living area with a well-equipped kitchenette overlooking a spacious panoramic balcony, two comfortable double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. To complete the house there is a private uncovered parking space. All services in Canazei, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, church are within walking distance without the need to move the car.
