The property is fully fenced and has shared garden and parking spaces. We are in the rustic heart of the island, a few kilometers from the most beautiful and famous beaches of the Costa del Sole, in addition to Seccheto, impossible not to mention Cavoli (2.5 km) and Fetovaia (4 km). A lush area, ideal for tourists looking for contact with nature and tranquility, from here start many trails for lovers of trekking and mountain biking.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Apartment Ortensia (2/4 beds)
The apartment consists of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower accessible from the room, terrace.

Services inside the apartment:
- gas burners, heat pump/air conditioning in the living room with a fee on the spot, LCD TV, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, shared washing machine

Services outside the apartment:
- garden, large grounds, private parking, furnished outdoor area

Important notes:
- air conditioning is an additional service, payable on request. The cost is 5 euros per day, to be paid upon delivery of the remote control
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid
- pets allowed in all sizes with cleaning fee of € 30,00
- deposit (mandatory): 200,00 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
