We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
Two-room apartment 2/4 beds (about 30 square meters)
Each apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and dining area, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together and bathroom with shower. The apartment is on the first floor and has a beautiful equipped terrace.

- in the center of Marina di Campo; quiet area; 150 meters from the beach

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
