We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
A beach of about 200 meters will guarantee you a relaxing holiday, peace of mind and body, surrounded by unspoilt nature that offers a heavenly setting. This delightful one bedroom apartment is located just 150 meters from the beach. Two-room apartment 2/4 beds
This beautiful one bedroom apartment is located in a splendid position just a few steps from the Fetovaia beach, one of the most renowned on the island. Inside it is made up of a living room with a kitchenette, with fridge and freezer and 4 gas burners, queen size sofa bed. The sleeping area instead consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. The apartment is well furnished and completed by a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. At guests' disposal also a small equipped outdoor area at the entrance of the apartment and a private covered parking about 100 meters from the apartment.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices. The linen, if booked in advance, must be collected from our office in Portoferraio.
