🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION

🏡 Villa Aurora is a cozy and spacious home, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
It features 2 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and two practical fold-down bunk beds, the other with a double bed and a private bathroom complete with shower. A second bathroom, also with shower, is located in the hallway to offer maximum comfort to all guests.

The large and bright living room is the heart of the villa: a perfect space to spend convivial moments in total relaxation. The modern, well-equipped kitchen opens onto a huge panoramic terrace, ideal for outdoor lunches, sunset dinners, or simply enjoying the tranquility surrounding the house.

🌴 Outside, you will find a private pool and a large garden for moments of pure relaxation.

The house is equipped with:
❄️ Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring freshness and comfort in every space during hot summer days.

🚗 2 parking spaces. Please note that to reach the house from the main road, there is a descent with moderate slope and some curves.

🌅 Enjoy breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets over the Ligurian Riviera.

🔔 Please note that main services (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies) are not in the immediate vicinity: the use of a car is recommended.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with total freedom, without constraints.

• 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking access times. In any case, you will find paid parking 🅿️ in the town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay without worries! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, bed linen included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
