This beautifully decorated condo is located on the Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) with an awesome view of the lake. Within minutes of two top notch golf courses and a couple of miles from Ha Ha Tonka State Park, this property is in the gated community of Cedar Heights in Camdenton, Missouri, directly off Highway 54. It is very easy to find and access without the need to navigate winding lake roads. It is the perfect lakefront property for families and friends to relax or play!

The condo is a spacious 1440 square feet and is located on the third floor of our building. There is an elevator that takes you to and from the condo floor, parking lot or boat dock. The elevator is ideal when transporting items. We try to include everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen, blender, and toaster. There is dining room seating for 8 people, a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We provide paper products to make your stay even more convenient. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture with a pull out sofa and a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. High speed wireless internet access is also included.

The deck, with plenty of seating, overlooks the lake and you can see for miles in both directions. It is a great place for morning coffee, watching the boats come and go, and seeing the sunrise. You can relax on the deck, grill your meal on the gas grill and enjoy the comfortable outdoor seating. Even in poor weather you can sit on the covered deck and with your favorite beverage and/or book. When the weather is warm you will enjoy the shade and the outdoor ceiling fan.

You will find three spacious bedrooms; two with king sized beds and one room with a queen bed. The two rooms with a king bed are equipped with flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has private access to the deck. Both bathrooms have showers and the bathroom off the kitchen also includes a tub. One bedroom has direct access to the main bathroom through a sliding door off the bedroom. The condo is furnished with linens and towels for all baths and kitchen. An additional sleeping space is available with the sofa bed in the living room that pulls out to a queen bed.

The complex has three swimming pools for your pleasure, two larger pools down below and a smaller pool up top of the complex. Included with the condo rental is a 10'x24' covered boat slip in the community dock. Boat and jet-ski rentals are available nearby. Old Kinderhook, one of the top rated golf courses in Missouri and Lake Valley Golf Club are located a half mile from this complex. Also nearby are dozens of lake front restaurants accessible by land or water. Grocery stores, boutiques, and other shopping is only five minutes away in Camdenton and additional opportunities (outlet shopping, vintage stores, water park, mini golf, go carts, etc) are located in Osage Beach only 15 minutes away. The lakefront view is incredibly calming and an outstanding value you won't want to leave!
