Enjoy a luxury stay in this stylish and modern riverside apartment next to the River Cam in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. This spacious two bedroom apartment has been designed to create a relaxing and elegant experience, with your own private balcony overlooking the riverside fields and meadows. Enjoy strolls along the River Cam into the city centre or nearby restaurants and bars. This is the perfect place for exploring, working or a weekend getaway here in Cambridge.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with Ensuite and built-in wardrobe.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with hanging space and draws.
Main bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 40 inch Smart TV, and all your favourite TV and Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required for streaming channels. There is also a dedicated working desk to work from home, and a super fast wifi connection. A private balcony overlooking the riverside fields, and to enjoy warm summer nights.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is a dedicated parking spot for one car in front of the apartment building, that is available and free for guests to use.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located along the River Cam and just off the Chesterton High street, it is a short 8 minute drive into the city centre. There are also good transport links around the corner into the city centre and to local attractions, as well as the nearby Science Park, Cambridge North station and Addenbrookes hospital. Many local restaurants and pubs nearby are within walking distance along the River Cam or the Chesterton High street, and there is a Tesco Superstore 10 minutes walk away over the River.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.

- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
- Extra guests are not allowed.

- Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of ÂŁ50, or ÂŁ30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the KeysÂź in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
