- 5 minute walk to Cambridge station and a short 15 minute walk into the City centre.
- Perfect for pleasure or business with superfast wifi and modern amenities.

The space
This spacious three story Victorian home with your own parking, is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, but centrally located in the heart of this historical city. This is the perfect place for a group of up to 6 people looking to explore, work, or to relax, with everything needed a short walk away. Cambridge station and trendy Mill Road are just a 5 minute walk away.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower
2nd Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Bed
Each bedroom features their own built in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space.
Main family bathroom with bath and shower.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, with basic toiletries provided including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
CHILLING:
There is a well appointed and large lounge with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with your favourite streaming channel or TV program. A large outdoor patio area with outdoor furniture in a fantastic sized private garden. A separate conservatory and library room to relax and chill out in.
EATING:
A spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, plus a washing machine available for personal use in a separate utility room.
PARKING:
Your own parking space on the driveway in front of the house and off the main street, which is rare to have in such a central location in Cambridge.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated in between Hills Road and Mill Road, and a short walk to Parkers Piece, this is a prime position for all occasions and an easy walk to the Botanic Gardens, plus the many attractions and colleges in Cambridge. It is a 5 minute walk to Cambridge station and a bus terminal. There is an array of cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and easily accessible by foot.
I wonât be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of ÂŁ50, or ÂŁ30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a Tesco, Sainsburys, or Co-Op supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
