Located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

This spacious and cosy ground floor flat has modern stylings and very comfortable furnishings. Relax and enjoy the open plan living room or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. It will be the perfect base for you to enjoy a truly exceptional home away from home experience!

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and built in wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed as well as a working desk and chair.
Main bathroom with walk-in shower just off the hallway.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and we provide toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.

CHILLING:
Spacious open plan living with a flat screen Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local channel. Shared outdoor garden space surrounding the property.

EATING:
We have a kitchen bar and a small dining area to allow you to enjoy a delicious meal at home. The kitchen is kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, mini fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.

PARKING:
A dedicated free undercover parking space belonging to the flat is available for guests to use, as well as free on street parking.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated close to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals (10 minute drive), and a short 10 minute drive to Cambridge train station and the Cambridge city centre, our flat is the perfect stay for all occasions, and a good base to take in the many local tourist attractions and colleges across Cambridge.
There is a Tesco Superstore 5 minutes walk away and along Cherry Hinton high street (10-15 minute walk) there are cafes, restaurants and pubs to meet all tastes.

My flat is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of the entire apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, including washing machine pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a Tesco supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
