Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish ground floor apartment in the friendly and safe neighbourhood of Cherry Hinton. There is a dedicated parking spot and free parking on the street. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. There is superfast Wifi provided and a fully equipped kitchen available to use. This is the perfect base to explore from, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with a built in wardrobe.
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV, and all your favourite streaming channels installed – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Disney Plus. Own account required for viewing. The dining area also doubles as a working space, and there is a super fast wifi connection over 120Mbps that is provided for free.

EATING:
A fully equipped kitchen is provided for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, and fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with some condiments provided. There is also a washing machine available in the property for personal use.

PARKING:
There is a free undercover parking space belonging to the apartment that is available for guests to use, as well as free on street parking in front of the apartment building.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in Cherry Hinton there is a Tesco Superstore 5 minutes walk away, and along the local high street (10-15 minute walk) there are cafes, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. The ARM headquarters and technology park is a 2 minute drive. Addenbrookes hospital and the Bio-Medical campus are a quick 10 minute drive. There are Buses available a short walk away, taking you to Cambridge train station and into the city centre, or to drive it is only 12 minutes. This apartment is the perfect stay for all occasions, and a great base to take in the many local tourist attractions and colleges across Cambridge.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack and washing machine tablets, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a Tesco supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
