Our home offers a unique stay experience in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience, while showcasing an appreciation for history, culture and modern design elements, collected from around the world to create an eclectic yet curated look.
You'll find a spacious living area that invites relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom that ensures a restful night's sleep. There is no TV available, but our property boasts superfast wifi up to 125Mbps for work or study, or to live stream your favourite channel. This ensures you stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and a built-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
Bathroom with own bath and shower next to the bedroom.
We provide bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.
CHILLING:
A well appointed open plan living area with a large working desk is available for use. Superfast wifi for work or study, or to stream your favourite channel. A private and enclosed garden patio area with outdoor furniture and a lounger to enjoy those sunny days.
EATING:
There is a fully equipped kitchen for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, 4 burner gas hob, and a fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.
PARKING:
There is free parking at the property that is available for guests to use. This is located through an archway along the side of the building with direct access into the property. There are numerous spaces available for guests staying and also free on street parking.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in Cherry Hinton on the edge of Cambridge, it is a short walk (10-15 mins) to the local high street with a number of shops, restaurants and pubs. There is a Nisa Local supermarket (5 mins walk) or a Tesco Superstore 2 minutes drive away.
The ARM headquarters and technology park is a 3 minute drive. Addenbrookes and the Bio-Medical campus are a quick 10 minute drive. There are Buses available a short 2 mins walk away, taking you to Addenbrookes hospital, the City centre and Cambridge train station. This flat is the perfect stay for all occasions, and a great base to take in many local attractions and to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
