This modern and comfortable one bedroom apartment is located in Impington on the edge of Cambridge, with easy access to local restaurants and bars. This spacious one bedroom apartment on the top floor, has been decorated and furnished to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience, with free parking and local services on your doorstep. This is the perfect place for people looking to explore, work, or study here in Cambridge.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with wardrobes and drawers available.
Sofa Bed in Lounge: Suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, at an additional cost. Please request during your booking.
We provide bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are available for your stay.
Main bathroom with walk-in shower only.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 50 inch Smart TV with all your favourite TV and Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required for streaming channels. There is also a dedicated working desk to work from home, and a super fast wifi connection. There is park outside the front door and it is a leisurely stroll to the Histon village green with a duckpond and children's playground.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a washing machine/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is free on-street parking in front of the building, that is available for guests to use. This is a quiet street with numerous spaces available day and evening.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located on the edge of Cambridge just off the A14 in Impington. It is a short 10 minute drive into Cambridge city centre and train station, and a quick 5 minute drive to the Science Park and Girton College. The charming village of Histon with their excellent range of local amenities, shops and restaurants is less than 10 minutes walk. The bus stop is 8 minutes walk with direct access into the city centre. Our home is a perfect stay for all occasions.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Sofa Bed is available in the lounge to use and is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. We provide linen for an additional cost of ÂŁ75.00 for the length of stay. Please request and pay for during your booking, for us to arrange delivery of linen prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave at the top of the stairs.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the KeysÂź in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
