Enjoy a luxury stay in this stylish and modern home in the centre of the historical city of Cambridge, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. This spacious two bedroom property spread over two floors, has been designed to create a relaxing and elegant experience, with your own private courtyard and a balcony off the main bedroom. This is the perfect place for exploring, working or a weekend getaway with everything needed a short walk away.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed accessed via a spiral staircase with own private balcony.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed
Sofa Bed: Available for 1 adult only or 2 children, at an additional cost. Please request during booking.
Main bathroom with bath and shower. Built-in cupboards with hanging space and shelves are also available.
Bath and hand towels are supplied for each guest, with basic toiletries provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV to select your favourite streaming App or local TV channels, over a superfast wifi connection. Your own fully enclosed private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs, and a private balcony off the main bedroom.

EATING:
The modern kitchen with small breakfast bar attached is fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with basic condiments provided. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is no parking at the property and parking on the street is for local residents only and strictly controlled, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks available nearby (5-10 minutes walk) that are also free to park in overnight. Please contact us for parking advice if this is required.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in the centre of Cambridge and a short walk from Parkers Piece, and less than 10 minutes walk to the trendy Mill Road or Regent Street shops. There is an array of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from that are on your doorstep. This is the perfect location in the city centre for all occasions and a prime location to explore many of Cambridge's world famous attractions and universities.

Cambridge train station is a 20 minute walk, and the Drummer Street bus terminal is an 8 minute walk, with destinations available around the city. The National Express bus stop for the main airports is a 5 minute walk.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Sofa Bed is available in the lounge to use and suitable for 1 adult only or 2 children, at an additional cost of ÂŁ75 for length of stay and for linen to be provided. Please request and pay for during your booking, for us to arrange delivery of linen prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave at the entrance.
- We provide basic toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the KeysÂź in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
