This spacious and modern apartment provides open plan living, and is well located in the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is a short walk or drive to the nearby Addenbrookes or Royal Papworth hospitals, as well as the new Bio-medical Campus. This is the perfect place for up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or just get away for a weekend, with everything needed a short walk or drive away. There is also free parking in an undercover parking garage, with direct access into the building.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with built-in wardrobe.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with wardrobe, and a working desk and chair.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower is located between the bedrooms, and the bedrooms have bath and hand towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay.
CHILLING:
An open plan living/dining area with a 42 inch flat screen Smart TV with all your favourite streaming channels installed â Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Disney Plus. Your own private balcony with outdoor seating and table provided. There is also a working desk available and a super fast wifi connection is provided for free.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with some condiments provided. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.
PARKING:
There is a dedicated free car park belonging to the apartment that is available for guests to use. This is located in an undercover parking garage, with direct access into the building via a lift on the same level, and up to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Located on the edge of central Cambridge and situated next to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals, and the new Bio-Medical campus, it is less than 10 minutes drive to Cambridge train station and into the Cambridge city centre. This apartment is the perfect location for all occasions.
There is a sports field across the road and a kids playground beside the building. It is a 3 minute walk to Hobson Square where you will find a local café, Sainsburys and Nisa Local supermarket, and a Chinese Pop-up supermarket. It is a 5 minute drive to a Waitrose Superstore, and also local pubs, restaurants, and cafes located along Trumpington High street.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

- We provide basic toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.
The locally based team of Pass the KeysÂź in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
