Magnifique Ocean Ranch Villa

"Magnifique domaine de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains à l'extrémité sud de Park Hill, connu sous le nom de" Seaclift Estates. À quelques pas des sentiers Fiscalini Ranch Bluff, des bassins de marée et du parc Shamel.

Cette maison joliment aménagée, ouverte et spacieuse, est très chaleureuse et accueillante. Il est conçu pour être apprécié en groupe, peut-être une réunion de famille, pour préparer de délicieux repas ensemble et pour se détendre tout en écoutant les vagues s’écraser à quelques mètres. La grande salle est élégamment meublée, le foyer étant la cheminée et le coin salon. La grande table de la salle à manger est à proximité et la cuisine serpente au coin de la rue pour beaucoup de préparation des repas. Il y a une salle de divertissement près de la cuisine, où vous trouverez une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et de nombreux sièges. Le canapé se transforme en couchette et une autre salle de bain complète se trouve juste à l'extérieur de cette pièce. Il y a une belle terrasse arrière, avec le Ranch comme arrière-cour. Regardez la lune se lever sur la colline et les cerfs brouter, juste derrière la maison. La table à manger et les chaises d'extérieur sont parfaites pour un barbecue. La table du petit déjeuner de la cuisine est juste derrière une porte en verre, avec une vue spectaculaire. Il y a une petite cour de beck magnifiquement aménagée, juste en bas de quelques escaliers.

La suite principale est à l'étage au niveau principal, avec un lit queen, une cheminée et une baignoire luxueuse. Vraiment une belle pièce pour se retirer, avec des murs de style ancien, faux-fini, comme une villa toscane.

Il y a deux chambres plus confortables en bas, une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Dans le hall il y a une salle de bain complète et une buanderie séparée.

Il y a une terrasse avant du salon, avec des sièges pour regarder le coucher du soleil chaque nuit et sentir notre air frais de l'océan.

Cette maison est, comme son nom l'indique, une jolie villa, nichée entre l'océan et le ranch. Venez faire de magnifiques terrasses avant et arrière, barbecue à gaz, mobilier de salle à manger extérieur, TV, DVD, Wifi, laveuse et sécheuse, garage 2 voitures, vue sur l'océan et le ranch. souvenirs ici! This was one of the most fully equipped kitchens I've ever seen! The fireplaces are electric/gas and add a touch of coziness to the rooms. There are quite a few stairs though, something to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. But we appreciate it having rooms downstairs that were separate from the living room where we all congregated. I would happily stay here again!

Perfect location. House is a little tired.

The house was in a perfect location for what we wanted to do. It was clean and well stocked. It could use some refreshing- especially the pillows! The front windows were full of bird poop - impacted the view. Cambria is a cute little place and we loved all the trails and access to the trails from the house.

Gorgeous house in an ideal setting

This place is an awesome stay in the wonderful town of Cambria. This very nice neighborhood is quiet with easy access to Fiscalini reserve. Can’t recommend enough for others to stay here. We will be back.

Elegant property with sea view

A very large and elegant home in a beautiful neighborhood. Well supplied for any and all needs. Sea views from livingroom and master bedroom. Easy access to Fiscalinni Ranch walking trails. Even saw otter and whale spouts from the cliff trail.

Wonderful Home

This house is fully prepared for families who want to grill and/or cook. Pots, pans and utensils were all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the place. One tiny suggestion would be to replace the 2 twin beds with a single queen or king bed.

Ocean Ranch Villa

Our stay at Ocean Ranch Villa was great. We had stayed at this particular property twice before COVID and imagine our surprise at all of the work that had been done to the inside! Loved all of the china and pottery. We had a great time in your well-stocked kitchen cooking our meals. We visit Cambria at least once a year and will definitely return to this property.

Peaceful getaway

The home was comfortable for our family. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with 2 twin beds) a full bath and a large laundry room. Upstairs-living area, kitchen, a spacious primary suite, den/tv room with its own bathroom and another 1/2 bath outside of the primary bedroom. The views from the living area were beautiful, particularly at sunset. The morning light and views of Fiscalini were wonderful from the breakfast table and rear deck, so peaceful! We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For years, we have been renting vacation homes in Cambria, and this is the best one so far. The home is beautiful inside and out. And the kitchen is to die for. You can tell the owners took a lot of pride when building and designing the home. The garage door needs to be serviced because the control panel has a warning come up on the screen whenever it opens. It also has an automatic door close function within 1 minute that I had to turn off since it nearly came down on the rear hatch of my SUV when we were unloading the vehicle. And the 3 TV's in the home were small and outdated. Other than those issues, it was perfect.

We agree with other reviews that the couches in the living room and TV room are very worn and uncomfortable. One of the chairs had large tears in the leather. The seating in the TV room is also uncomfortable and limited. The twin beds are not comfortable and could benefit from a topper. For a house this size there should be a TV in the living room. The kitched cookware is a bit limited, maybe add a couple of saucepans. Spending a little money for some better furniture and adding a TV in the living room would make it a 5-star rental. The patio doors were missing the stationary door latches, and they banged and blew open during the night while it was raining and windy. The blinds in the primary bath did not work. Overall, a decent rental.

But considering how many guests cycle through, it makes sense they replace things when truly needed rather than constantly updating. • Décor: Not really my personal style—but it’s a vacation rental, not my home, so that didn’t bother me at all. • Beds: Very comfortable! I thought the master was supposed to have a king bed, but regardless, I slept great. • Location: Perfect. We specifically wanted a scenic coastal drive while still being close to San Luis Obispo, and this spot delivered exactly that. • WiFi: Strong and reliable throughout the house. • Kitchen: Absolutely a dream—well-equipped and a great space to cook and gather. • TVs: The only suggestion I’d make is adding TVs to all bedrooms since they’re fairly affordable now. • Cleanliness: The home was clean. A few spiderwebs here and there (it happens near the coast), but no spiders—and definitely no bird mess on the windows like some reviews mentioned.Overall, this place delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, views, and a relaxing coastal experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Home with a Beach View

This was the perfect property for 7 adults to spend the weekend in Cambria. The house was perfect for watching the ocean from the front deck & the wildlife from the back deck. Its HUGE kitchen was perfect for the foodies in our group to cook fantastic meals. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out for alone time, watching the game or visiting and also had a large enough dining table for us to all eat & play games together. We were very close to downtown Cambria for all the restaurants & shops. Looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful locatuon

Excellent location - easy walk to beach trail + lovely views. Clean. Had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Living space and kitchen were fantastic - Ample space. Beautiful views. The only minor feedback is the small attention to detail and a few upgrades as the inside of the property is a bit tired and dated - furniture, houseware items, tv’s, coffee mugs. Nothing major. Would come back!

Beautiful ocean getaway

My family wanted to spend a week together by the ocean. We were a family of 6, including my 6 year old grand daughter. The home is beautifully setup. There are dishes and cooking paraphernalia a-plenty! We had no problem cooking for ourselves and serving meals when we wanted to. We frequent the area of Cambria often and this property's location is perfect to get to the beach or in town for shopping or dinner. There is also several hiking trails that take you along the coast line or in the hills slightly. Being early June, we saw many spouts and fins in the ocean. Not sure if they were dolphins or whales. I even saw one breach! We plan to return to this property again!

Beautiful Oceanview Home

Perfectly located near downtown Cambria with beautiful ocean views and direct access to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and its breathtaking trails. Kitchen is a chef's dream and the house was very comfortable. The one and only drawback was the steepness of the driveway. We had a heck of a time maneuvering our way down without bottoming out. Otherwise, great property.

Fabulous Place

Rented this home for my 70th Birthday. Family came to visit to help me celebrate. The home was lovely and large to accommodate a little celebration. The kitchen is awesome and plenty of room for those of us who were using it to not bump into each other. The bedrooms very comfortable. Slept well. Plenty of linens and the Kitchen has everything you need and then some. The location is the best. The backyard is the Fiscalini Ranch. Across the street is the ocean. Very lovely views. We had a lot of fun going on Fiscalini ranch walks. Shopping in town and dining was great. I was treated with a glass blowing lesson in nearby Harmony. It was fantastic. It was no problem to reach the Management Co. on the one occassion I did. It was an absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful home in such a beautiful town.

Beautiful Oceanview Home

View incredible, but arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms inconvenient for 3 people. Downstairs queen bedroom very noisy from water pipes being audible when any water being used. Thermostat not functioning due to lack of batteries. Double doors to deck on second floor wide open when we arrived.
