Surrounded by farmland with plenty of walks from your doorstep, this is the ideal base to explore West Cornwall. Take your pick of beaches from Hayle with its 3 miles of golden sand; Godrevy with its rock pools, lighthouse and well-known seal haul-out; and Portreath for surf hire or a stroll on the South West Coast Path - all within 7 miles. Spend time within 12 miles of the property exploring Praa Sands, Marazion, St Michael's Mount, and the fishing village of Porthleven, with a plethora of galleries and eateries to enjoy. Enjoy a family day out at Paradise Park or travel to Flambards Theme Park near Helston, both within 20 miles.
On arrival, open the patio doors into the beautifully light and spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your holiday including an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table with plenty of space for all the family. The lounge area has a comfy sofa and armchair so gather round and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. From here, you can find the bedrooms: a double and twin bedroom (which can be made up as a king-size on request). Both are equally as stylish and have views across the garden. Completing the inside is the family shower room with a rainfall shower and WC.
Outside, the garden is private and completely enclosed with a picnic table and charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco. Relax and watch the children play on the generous lawn. Meet the very friendly resident donkeys, Shetland ponies and goats!
