Villa Manganelli is a spacious villa near Camaiore in Versilia, set in a landscaped garden. Throughout the villa and garden, artworks and sculptures by the artist Giovanni Manganelli are exhibited, making the setting unique. Distinctive in style, this three-storey villa spans six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a series of living spaces with French windows opening onto shaded terraces and a large veranda overlooking the lawns and trees. An outdoor pool surrounded by decking, sun loungers and shaded seating completes the scene outside. Located near the beaches of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, the villa offers easy access to both the coast and the Apuan Alps. Please note: the owner lives in a separate wing of the property with a private entrance. She is discreetly available to guests if needed, while guests enjoy exclusive access to the park and swimming pool.

Interiors:
The villa is spread over three levels. BASEMENT FLOOR — Entrance through furnished porch; double bedroom with adjoining bathroom with tub and shower; double bedroom with ornamental fireplace, access to the garden and en suite bathroom with shower; single bedroom; closet; large study-library; hallway with staircase connecting to the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR — Large veranda with living and dining area, grand piano, study area and French door to the garden; living room with ornamental fireplace, dining area and TV corner; sitting room with access to the veranda; kitchen structured in two rooms and external staircase to access the laundry room; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; single bedroom; bathroom with tub. ATTIC FLOOR — Two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom: one with ornamental fireplace and bathroom with shower and bathtub in separate rooms; the other with en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the rooms (Dyson mobile cooler in the single one in the basement).
Park:
The fenced garden measures about 10,000 square meters and features Mediterranean vegetation, including cypresses, oaks, firs, palm trees, olive trees and fruit trees. Ornamental plants include oleanders, mimosas, and roses. A white gate leads to the lower garden, where the pool is surrounded by tall trees and a bamboo hedge. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located in the lower part of the garden, accessible via a sloping path with handrails. Rectangular in shape, measuring 9.5 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; covered in PVC; chlorine purification system; access via a metal staircase. The anti-slip WPC decking (120 sqm) includes an 80 sqm solarium area with sun loungers. A large roof provides a shaded seating area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
