Relax with the whole family at the peaceful penthouse of Callala Beach. Located across the road (50m) from Callala beach, known for its pure white sand and crystal clear waters.Enjoy the spectacular 180 degree water views from almost every room of the 2 level luxury penthouse. Sit and watch the dolphins swim by from the top level private balcony of the master bedroom suite, with a luxury ensuite and spa bath with ocean views. The first level includes an open plan living, dining and fully equiped kitchen. Enjoy eating or entertaining on the sunny wrap around balconies feeling the ocean breeze. The balcony is adjoining the living and kitchen, complimented with glass bifold doors to take advantage of the ocean views. The first level also has a laundry, 2 bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms with access to balconies.Underground secure parking is available for 2 vehicles as well visitor parking.

The apartment complex is located next to a park with playground facilities, as well at the local take away shop for your convenience. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful beachside neighbourhood.Guests are invited to enjoy internet, TV in the dining room, as well as the upstairs master bedroom, board games, BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining tables and seating, reverse cycle air-conditioning, fresh linen for the beds and all the comforts of a fully self contained apartment.

If you're looking forward to relaxing and hearing the sound of the ocean, the penthouse will provide you with all the luxuries needed. During your stay you could explores neighbouring beaches and national parks with its hiking tracks and wildlife. Further activities available nearby include;

Beautiful apartment and stunning views. Easy to contact owner. The only downside was the inaccesible garrage, but there is plenty of parking on the street. Quiet area.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It started with the Host (Marie) where she asked us if we paid.She should check her account before sending messages via stayz account.I am very prompt with my payments no matter what it is. I have travelled for a long time.When we arrived at the Accommodation the remote for the garage door did not work the host blamed it on the previous tenant.The host should always check her accommodation before handing it to the next tenant. We had to use the front door entrance to get an access to the garage door at all times- it was nuisance. As soon as we walked in to the PENTHOUSE IT STUNK. We HAD TO AIRED IT FOR A LONG TIME.The Cantilever (umbrella) in the balcony was broken and damaged. The BBQ facility was not working. The Balcony was disgusting. NOT CLEAN. IT LOOKED LIKE JUNK YARD. THERE WERE SPIDER WEBS AND COCKROACHES.THE POWER POINTS (WALL FOR THE SWITCH) BEDROOMS HAD STICKY TAPE OVER IT, IT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY VERY DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. ALSO NOT EVERY LIGHT WORKED IN THE KITCHEN OR THE BEDROOMS.CUPBOARDS AND UTENSILS were dirty. There was no Hair Dryer at all in any of the bathrooms.THE PENTHOUSE WAS RUNDOWN. We stayed in the Penthouse next door before and we did not have this problem before.THERE WERE PLENTY OF CLEANING PRODUCTS WHICH WE CLEANED THE WHOLE HOUSE THOROUGHLY AND STILL PAID THE FEE. I STAYED IN MANY PROPERTIES, I NEVER EXPERIENCED A HOST LIKE MARIE AND NEVER EXPERIENCED PROPERTY LIKE THIS. ATTACHED PHOTOS FOR EVERYONE

Incredible spot for a relaxing weekend away

I've just spent the weekend down at the South Coast, it was incredible! Relaxing atmosphere, and an incredible Penthouse with plenty of space for all. Amazing views and an amazing place to stay! Walking distance from lawn bowls/golf, and a longer but still very doable walk to the ferry which will take you across to the Huskisson Hotel!
