The Space:

This newly built (February 2024) one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a private balcony is located in Riomaggiore, one of Cali's premier short-term rental buildings, in the exclusive Santa Teresita neighborhood.



The apartment offers a total of 49 m² (527 sq ft), including the balcony, providing a bright and comfortable space to relax.



The bedroom features a high-quality queen-size bed with direct access to the balcony. It is equipped with air conditioning, and Amazon Alexa is available so you can enjoy your favorite music and voice commands throughout your stay.



Please note that air conditioning is available only in the bedroom. The living room is equipped with a fan for your comfort.



The spacious private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy Cali's warm climate, unwind with a good book, or relax over snacks and drinks.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, blender, and all the essential cooking utensils you'll need during your stay.



For your convenience, the apartment also includes a safe for your valuables, as well as an iron and ironing board.



Stay connected with a 200 MB fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection, with access to Ethernet ports for a fast and reliable internet experience.



A convenient in-unit 2-in-1 washer and dryer is available and located in the hallway closet.



Complimentary on-site parking is available in the basement, with direct elevator access to the apartment.



Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged with at least one day's notice. The service includes a full apartment cleaning, as well as fresh sheets and towels.



The swimming pool is located on the 4th floor and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. If Monday is a public holiday, maintenance will take place on Tuesday instead.



For added peace of mind, the building is equipped with an electric backup generator and a water reserve tank, ensuring uninterrupted access to essential utilities throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Once you book the apartment, you'll have the entire place to yourself. You're welcome to have visitors during your stay, provided that all house rules are respected. Please remember that every visitor must be registered with the building's security staff upon arrival.



Building Visitor Policy



All visitors must register at the front desk with building security. A maximum of 2 visitors per reservation is permitted, and all visitors must leave the building by 11:00 PM.



Please note that visitors are not permitted to use the building's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym.



The Neighborhood:

Santa Teresita is one of Cali's most desirable residential neighborhoods, ideally located near the Cali Zoo and bordering the vibrant El Peñón hotel and gastronomic district.



Within a few blocks, you’ll find Super A supermarket, with Baraka Ancestral Bakery located upstairs. Nearby, you can also enjoy other local favorites such as El Molino Bakery and Calathea Ice Cream.



For a family-friendly dining experience, Crepes & Waffles is a great option and is located just two blocks away, next to the Hampton by Hilton hotel.



The La Tertulia Museum and Cali’s famous Cat Park are only a 10-minute walk from the building. From there, you can continue along the river toward the Boulevard del Río and the beautiful Ermita Church.



The charming colonial neighborhood of San Antonio is also nearby, located behind the InterContinental Hotel. With a wide variety of restaurants, cultural attractions, and local experiences within walking distance, this area of Cali offers plenty to explore throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

During the day, we recommend exploring the area on foot whenever possible. Enjoy Cali’s warm, year-round climate, get to know the city, and discover everything it has to offer.



For longer distances, Cali has more than 20,000 taxis that are convenient and affordable, with fares starting at 4,000 pesos. You can also use ride-hailing services such as Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali, and Didi. Public buses are widely available throughout the city, although they can become quite crowded.



At night, we recommend using a taxi or a ride-hailing service such as Uber or Didi for a safer and more convenient way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

Registration



In accordance with Colombian law, all guests staying at the property must present a valid photo ID. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in.



Please note that the apartment is located in Riomaggiore City Tower, a residential building with security at the reception. We operate the apartment only and do not manage the building administration. Access to the building requires a separate registration process managed by the building.



Upon arrival, your group must first register at the reception desk and present identification. For first-time guests at Riomaggiore, reception will create a photo profile for each person in their system, similar to a gym or private club membership.



During your stay, your group may be asked to identify yourselves again at reception when entering or leaving the building. We recommend carrying identification with you at all times.



Building Access for External Visitors (Effective May 1, 2026)



Riomaggiore has introduced a new building policy for visitor access.



Registered guests included in the reservation do not pay any additional fee.



External visitors must purchase a day pass for entry at $25,000 COP per person, per day. Children under 12 years old are exempt.



The pass is issued directly by the building and includes access to the pool, steam bath, sauna, and gym. Payment can be made at reception via cash, QR code, or bank transfer.



Please note that this policy is established by the building administration and is not related to us as hosts.



Medical Tourists



Please inform us if you will be undergoing any medical procedure during your stay at the property. Any damage to bedsheets or towels will be charged accordingly.



Airport Pick-ups



If you need assistance with airport transportation, please let us know. We work with several highly rated drivers and would be happy to arrange a transfer for you.



Drivers will wait for your arrival, assist with luggage, and allow one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, or another convenient location. They know the exact location of the property, helping ensure a smooth arrival.



Electronic Invoice



We provide a legal electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice complies with all local regulations and may be used for eligible business expense deductions.



Interruption in Utilities & Tropical Conditions:



This is the tropics, and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet may experience occasional interruptions. These situations are completely beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. Fortunately, the building is equipped with a backup water tank and an emergency power generator.



Additionally, due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter insects such as ants or mosquitoes. While we take preventive measures to minimize their presence, they are a natural part of the environment and may occasionally be seen during your stay.
