These high quality and contemporary air conditioned 2-bedroom villas in Madeira are set in the peaceful countryside with great sea-views and share a breath-taking large infinity pool located on the cliff edge overlooking the sea and the village of Paul do Mar.
The open plan living area with seating area, dining table and fully equipped modern kitchen, occupies the ground floor. Here is also the second bathroom and the laundry.
This opens to the private outdoor terrace with outdoor dining table and benches and a lovely sea-view, from where you can appreciate the beautiful sunsets.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms which open to the front balcony and one bathroom.

Only 500m away is the café and restaurant "O Precipício". There is a mini-market next to the church approximately 900m away; further branded supermarkets can be found in Prazeres (6 Km) and Calheta (14 Km).
The renowned and sunny village of Paul do Mar (where there is sea access) with it's lovely variety of cafés and restaurants in the narrow streets of the old town, is 4.5 Km away.
There are plenty of walks around the beautiful Madeira countryside all around this area, with various levadas being accessible.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen..

Lovely property with fab views

We had a lovely stay at this villa on the west coat of the island. Great views and walks nearby and easy drive into Calheta. Two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and all you need for a villa stay. Great comms from hosts. Highly recommended.
