It contains everything you need - check-in and check-out instructions plus helpful tips for your stay. Please review it carefully to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released once the verification process as agreed to in the house rules is completed.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to make sure both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-Refundable Damage Waiver â For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Security Deposit â A credit card hold that is released after a successful property inspection following your stay.
These options will be outlined in your Online Boarding Pass after booking and processed securely through our system.
