Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property except the garage.

Registered Guests
Please ensure your reservation reflects the total number of guests staying at or visiting the property. All visitors count as guests. Unauthorized guests may result in charges against the refundable damage deposit and/or early end of stay.

Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy
This is a residential lakefront community. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Noise should be kept at a reasonable level and not be audible beyond the property boundaries, indoors or outdoors.

Outdoor amplified music is not permitted.
Repeated or verified noise complaints may result in charges against the damage deposit.

Exterior Security Cameras
For safety and compliance, the property has exterior cameras only, monitoring:
Front parking area, Ground-level patio, Dock area
There are no cameras inside the home or in the hot tub area.

Hot Tub Use
Use at your own risk
No glass containers, Shower before use, Secure the cover after each use, Children must be supervised, Do not add any substances (soap, oils, alcohol, etc.)
Excessive cleaning, contamination, or misuse may result in charges against the damage deposit.

Watercraft & Lake Use
Pedal boat, kayaks, and paddleboards are included for your stay.
Life jackets are provided and should be worn
Please rinse and return equipment after use
Guests assume responsibility for proper use
Damage or loss may be deducted from the damage deposit.

Firepit & Firewood
Firewood is not provided.
Fires must be fully extinguished after use.

Propane
Propane is not provided.
If a tank is empty during your stay and you choose to replace it, this is at guest expense.

Early Check-In
Guaranteed early check-in at 2:00 PM is available for $99, with prior arrangement.
Complimentary early check-in is subject to availability.

Care of the Property
We kindly ask guests to treat the home, amenities, and neighbors with care.
