BUILDING RULES:

• Guests must complete a Tenant Undertaking Form upon arrival (required by building manager Equium Group).

• Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom. No outside visitors or social gatherings allowed.

• No hanging of items (e.g., laundry, banners) from windows or balconies.

• Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied.

• Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off.

• Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.

Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

5. Please note that lost/stolen keys will result in a $250 replacement fee.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
