Welcome to our bold, colourful two-bedroom Airbnb in Calgaryâs East Village! Featuring dopamine decor, cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish living area, itâs perfect for unwinding or snapping photos. Step outside to explore top restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Bow River pathway, Studio Bell, and Calgary Towerâall within walking distance. Enjoy vibrant downtown living at its best!
It may be small but itâs cozy and feels roomy with the high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.
You have two private bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. Thereâs a large desk with a view so you can get work done if you need to. Weâve added a makeup mirror so others can use the bathroom.
Full kitchen with most if not all the amenities youâd need to eat in. If we donât have it, just ask and we may be able to get it for you.
Thereâs a common rooftop patio that you have full access to. Make sure to check it out. Itâs fantastic!

* Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. A doorbell cam and decibel detector are on the property to prevent parties from taking place. If this rule is broken, your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. Understand that the party restriction is a worldwide Airbnb mandate.
* The person booking must be 25+ years old. Additional guests can be any age. Special considerations can be made but must discuss with host prior to booking.
* Free parking in assigned underground spot. Risk of getting towed if parked anywhere else in parkade.
* No undisclosed guests or visitors allowed. ID must be provided by all guests except for minors.
* Early check-in and late check out requests will be considered. The following charges apply: Early check-in ofâŠ
3pm+ = free upon request
2-3pm = $20
1-2pm = $40
Before 1pm = additional night fee
Late check out ofâŠ
11am-12pm = free upon request
12-1pm = $20
1-2pm = $40

* No throwing anything whatsoever over the balcony.
* Be very respectful of neighbours. It is a residential building with owners and long term renters living next door.
* Notify hosts immediately of any damage; This is in order to acquire a timely replacement for the next guests arriving.
* Although we donât require you to clean the condo, we do kindly ask that you leave it in a reasonably tidy state.
* When entering and exiting the parking garage, please watch that trespassers donât sneak in. Please inform us immediately if someone does so we can deal with it.
* Absolutely NO food or drinks in the bedroom. The bedding is white. Please be considerate with hair dye and makeup too.
* NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY (including vapes). Please smoke outside of the building away from the entrance. IF the cleaner smells any smoke after you checkout a fee of $200 will be charged to you.
SAFETY
The Guest making the reservation accepts all responsibility for the safety, actions and liability of their group.
The host is in no way responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage to the building that may occur during the stay. Any and all associated liability is the responsibility of the guest
There is a fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen and a first aid kit under the sink in the bathroom.
Applicable fees:
â $250 fee for lost key fob
â $250 fee for excessive noise/noise complaints from neighbours
â $200 fee for smoking in the apartment or on the balcony
â $200 fee for violation of the house rules
â $500 for any signs of a party.
â Replacement fee equal to value for damaged property.
â $20 fee for every hour past your check out time
