ă SECURITY CAMERA ă Under no circumstances is the security camera(s) to be removed, disabled or tampered with in any way that is found on the exterior of the property. This security camera captures activity outside of the property only. Any cameras removed, disabled or tampered will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable and booking is subject to cancellation without refund.
ă CHECK-OUT TIMES ă Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. â€$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as our cleaners are on tight schedules.
ă GARBAGE ă Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. **$150.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. Our cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**
ă FURNITURE ă No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. **$100.00 surcharge charged to guests that fail to comply with this rule. (Unless otherwise specified)
