First time in Egypt and I would definitely return to the Soul Pyramid. The level of hospitality is unparalleled, from the time we arrived, until the time we departed, all of our needs were met. Great breakfast every morning, we even had a to go box prior to our departure at 5am. We had transportation to and from the facility and to all of our excursions. And letâs not forget the views of the pyramids, absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend Soul Pyramid to everyone, we checked in as friends and left as family!!
The room was very nice and had an unobstructed view of the pyramids. The staff were wonderful. The owner arranged airport transfer for us, which I would highly recommend. The traffic in Cairo is no joke. Breakfast was provided and was huge with a wide selection of options. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, who were super attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel view was absolutely amazing! The staff were so accommodating and friendly â they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. We even got a free upgrade since there was availability, which was such a lovely surprise. They also managed to find us a last-minute guide, and everything turned out perfectly. Truly an unforgettable experience!
Wonderful and cozy location but difficult to find. Two cab drivers had a hard time finding the hotel. You can see the Pyramids from your window. Spinks is also partially visible - part of it is hidden behind a tree. Staff is eager to help and accommodate but due to language we had a bit of difficulty. Breakfast is free but there is no choice - you choose from what they offer. We did not try to order anything special and so cannot comment on it. They also can arrange custom tours with car and driver and that was convenient. Room service was great but for some reason they forgot to fill up shower gel and other containers when they ran out. Overall we had a great but quite short stay with them. If you like a quite and cozy place it is ideal. Also it is quite far from the airport and the area is not fully developed.
Most of the staff were wonderful and the property is a 5-minute walk to the ticket station and Sphinx entry for the pyramids. The view from the terrace is definitely the best in the area since it's the very first building in front of the pyramids so nothing blocks your view of the complex. The reason for the 3 stars is because the terrace doesn't actually serve dinner as the other reviews show on Google and the hotel has nothing else going on. The wifi is also non-existent unless you stand in a specific spot next to the reception desk, but it didnât work in our room at all. It's a very quiet hotel that can be a bit boring if you aren't going into the pyramid complex and don't want to sit in your room. Again, unbeatable for the views and the convenient location next to the pyramids, but if we returned we'd probably stay at one of the nearby hotels that had far better on-site restaurants and amenities plus equally amazing views of the pyramids considering how expensive it was to stay here. If these things don't matter to you and you just want an amazing view, then this is a great hotel! But for the high cost, we think there should've been more on offer.
Vista magnifica
Espectacular
La comida se recomienda tener mĂĄs cuidado, el yogurth estaba vencido. La zona no es Ăłptima para andar solo o por la noche.
Sin embargo el hotel es un paraiso, un oasis dentro de la locura de la ciudad
The property is probably the best boutique hotel in the area that has the best view of the pyramids. The only issue I had was the fact that the king suite advertising a jacuzzi but it does not have hot water and not having hot water was a huge let down. Not too sure who wants to sit in very cold water.
Impressive modern, clean boutique rooms with an unfettered view of the plateau. Rooftop is amazing, safe well-lit, modern and clean. One of the more superior hotels in the area and well worth booking. Unfortunately the incredibly disruptive noise in the overnight hours is a drawback. It felt like trying to sleep in a nightclub
