One allocated undercover parking space is included. Maximum vehicle height is 1.95 m.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. Please note there is no lift access to this unit.

Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 pm.

- You can reach Cairns CBD in a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk.

- Public transport is also accessible, with the nearest bus stop located on Mulgrave Road, near Parramatta Park State School.
