Cozy ground-floor apartment with a terrace where you can observe the local wildlife that visits the garden. It features spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a comfortable fully equipped kitchen. This well-maintained wooden house offers a warm and homey atmosphere. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay in a forest setting near the ocean.
The property is spacious and surrounded by a lush garden, with a two-story house that offers two completely independent apartments.
The house is located on a hill, so to reach it you must go up a slope of approximately 150 meters. Access to the apartment is via stairs, and any type of vehicle can reach the property without difficulty.
The beach is only 600 meters away; itâs a very pleasant walk. However, if you have mobility issues, it may be more comfortable to arrive by motorcycle or vehicle.
Guests have exclusive access to their private apartment and may enjoy the shared garden areas. The other areas of the house correspond to the second apartment and should be respected as private.
I will be available by phone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. if you need anything, whether itâs information about the area or any details regarding the apartment. Check-in is self-service, designed for your convenience. Although you will always have my support if anything comes up, the idea is that you enjoy your stay independently and with complete freedom.
Playa Chiquita, in Puerto Viejo, is a charming seaside neighborhood. Mista French Road is famous for its beauty and relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, it offers an eclectic mix of local shops, bars, and restaurants. The nearby beach invites you to swim and enjoy beautiful sunny days. The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward neighbors and the surrounding environment.

Parties and events are not allowed without prior and explicit authorization from the PROPERTY MANAGER.
đ« Capacity and visitors
Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay on the property. Additional visitors are not permitted.
đ Damages and modifications
Causing damage or making modifications to the property is not allowed.
In case of damages, the full security deposit may be retained and the incident may be reported to the authorities if necessary.
đŸ Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior authorization from the PROPERTY MANAGER and under specific conditions.
đż Use of green areas
Urinating in the gardens and lighting fires anywhere on the property are not allowed.
đ§ââïž Guest responsibility
The guest is responsible for taking care of the property and all items within it.
đ Security
Always lock the door when leaving the house, regardless of how long you will be away.
đĄ Energy saving
Please turn off lights, fans, and the stove when they are not in use.
đ Smoking and substances
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
The use of narcotics or substances that alter behavior is not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
đ Keys
When leaving, always place the keys in the lockbox and hide the code.
Lost keys will result in a $150 charge for a lock replacement.

Extra services (massages, tours, bicycle rentals, private chef, etc.) must be paid at the time they are requested.

Noise levels must remain below 60 decibels throughout the day, according to regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
Loud music and activities that generate excessive noise are not permitted.
