During your stay, you can contact us through Airbnb messaging if you need assistance. We are available to help between **8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.** Guests are expected to be independent during their stay, but we will be happy to assist if anything comes up within those hours.

The property is private but located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Guests are asked to respect **quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.** and keep noise levels low during the day (maximum **60 dB**, in accordance with local regulations).

**Parties and events are strictly prohibited.**
All additional services must be requested and paid for in advance in order to be confirmed.

**Smoking is not allowed inside the house.** You may smoke in the outdoor areas as long as you respect basic safety and coexistence guidelines.

**Pets are allowed only after confirmation with the host**, with a maximum of **one medium-sized pet or two small pets per reservation**. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the house in excellent condition for all our guests.

We recommend getting around by **car or bicycle**, as the area is very quiet and public transportation options are limited.

Due to **Costa Rican government tax regulations**, we kindly request an identification number (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) to issue the corresponding electronic invoice. This has **no tax implications for you as a guest**. Thank you for your understanding!

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

During the day, noise levels must be kept below 60 decibels, in accordance with Costa Rican environmental legislation.
This is a shared property located in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for special respect for the neighbors and other nearby houses.
Prohibition of Parties and Events:

Parties are strictly prohibited, without exception.

Gatherings exceeding the number of registered guests and activities that cause disturbances are not permitted.

Additional Services:

Any extra services requested (such as transportation, additional cleaning, a chef, etc.) must be paid for in advance at the time of request.
Without prior payment, the service will not be considered confirmed.

All additional services must be paid in full before departure.
