Located just a short walk from Playa Chiquita, one of the most tranquil and beautiful gems of the Southern Caribbean, Aloki Wim 4 offers a comfortable, private stay close to the beach. Designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, the house features modern, clean, and well-distributed spaces, ideal for couples, families, groups of friends, or those traveling with pets.
Aloki WIM 4 is a cozy, two-level tiny house, perfect for couples, small families, or travelers seeking comfort. On the first floor, you`ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a terrace perfect for relaxing. The mezzanine level offers another double bed and a single bed in a bright and open space. The house is just steps from Playa Chiquita. It shares the property with other similar units, making it ideal for groups as well. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, their private terrace, and assigned parking. In addition, you can freely enjoy the green areas and paths of the garden shared with other units on the property. It`s a peaceful and safe space, ideal for connecting with nature.
I will be available every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to help you with any questions or needs you may have during your stay. You can easily contact me via Airbnb message if you prefer. We want your experience to be as comfortable and smooth as possible.
The property has a step entrance and a loft with a railing, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility, and children should be supervised at all times. Although the internet works well for basic tasks, the upload speed may not be sufficient for downloading large files, as the service is provided by Starlink. Being so close to nature, it`s normal to hear animal sounds and see the occasional insect: it`s part of the charm of the Caribbean.
We appreciate your respect for the community rules to maintain a harmonious environment among neighboring accommodations. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Aloki is intended as a space for relaxation and connection with nature.
The maximum number of pets allowed is one, and there is an additional charge of $15 USD.
1. Online Check-in
* To ensure compliance with current security regulations, guests are required to complete the online check-in through our direct channel.
* Guests may be asked to provide the number of their identification document.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times
* Check-in: Every day from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If the house is available, we can be flexible.
3. Consideration for Neighbors
* The property is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, guests are asked to be respectful and considerate toward neighbors.
4. Quiet Hours
* From 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day.
5. Parties and Events
* Parties and events are not allowed without the prior consent of the PROPERTY MANAGER.
6. Guest Limit
* No additional guests are allowed beyond those specified in the reservation.
7. Damages and Alterations
* Damaging or altering the property is not allowed. If this occurs, a report may be submitted to the appropriate authorities and the full security deposit may be retained.
8. Pets
* Pets are allowed ONLY with prior authorization. They must be included in the reservation, and additional rules apply if pets are brought.
9. Use of the Gardens
* Urinating in the gardens is not allowed, and fires are not permitted anywhere on the property.
10. Guest Responsibility
* Guests are responsible for taking care of the property and all items within it.
11. Property Security
* The house must be locked whenever leaving to go to the beach, dinner, shopping, or any other activity.
12. Energy Saving and Safety
* Lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill must be turned off when not in use.
13. Substance Use
* The consumption of narcotics or any other substances that alter normal bodily, mental, or behavioral functions is not allowed.
* If this occurs, the PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right to cancel the reservation and require the guest to leave the property immediately.
14. Locks
* In case of damage to the locks, a $150 fee will be charged for replacement.
15. Additional Services
* All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, tours of any kind, cooking services, etc.) must be paid for at the time the service is requested.
16. Noise Restrictions
* Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels at any time during the day, in accordance with noise regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
* For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or having conversations at a volume that exceeds this limit is not permitted.
