Aloki Kiré 2 is a modern and welcoming retreat, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. Just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and hiking trails, it combines comfort with tropical beauty. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and easy access to the sea. It stands out for its cleanliness, security, and friendly service. Perfect for couples, families, friends, or travelers with pets.
Aloki KirĂ© 2 is a small, two-story house, ideal for couples, small families, or travelers seeking comfort, a great location, and a functional space to relax. On the first floor, you`ll find two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a terrace. The second level, a mezzanine, features a single bed in an open and inviting space. The property is located in an excellent residential area of ââPlaya Chiquita, a short walk from the sea, restaurants, and supermarkets. It shares the property with other similar units, making it convenient for groups as well. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
Guests have private access to their house and terrace. The property has shared outdoor parking. Although there are no large green spaces or shared recreational areas, the surroundings are peaceful and the location is excellent for exploring Playa Chiquita and its surroundings on foot.
I will be available every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to help you with any questions or needs you may have during your stay. You can easily contact me through the platform`s messaging system. We want your experience to be as comfortable and seamless as possible.
The property has a step entrance and a loft with a railing, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility, and children must be supervised at all times. Internet service is provided by Starlink. Being so close to nature, it is normal to hear animal sounds and see the occasional insect: it`s part of the Caribbean charm.
Respect for the community rules is appreciated to maintain a harmonious environment among neighboring accommodations. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Aloki is designed to be a space for rest and connection with nature.
The MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PETS allowed is 1, and there is an additional charge of $15 USD.
1. Online Check-in:
* To ensure compliance with current security regulations, guests are required to complete the online check-in through our direct channel.
* Guests may be asked to provide their identification document number as part of this process.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times:
* Check-in: Every day from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If the house is available, we can be flexible.
3. Consideration for Neighbors:
* The property is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, guests are kindly asked to be respectful and considerate of the neighbors.
4. Quiet Hours:
* From 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day.
5. Parties and Events:
* Parties or events are not allowed without the prior consent of the ADMINISTRATOR.
6. Guest Limit:
* No additional guests are allowed beyond those specified in the reservation.
7. Damages and Alterations:
* Damage or alterations to the property are not permitted. In case of damages, a report may be filed with the appropriate authorities and the full security deposit may be withheld.
8. Pets:
* Pets are allowed ONLY with prior authorization. They must be included in the reservation, and additional rules may apply if pets are brought.
9. Use of the Gardens:
* Urinating in the gardens is not permitted, and open fires are not allowed anywhere on the property.
10. Guest Responsibility:
* Guests are responsible for taking care of the property and all the items within it.
11. Property Security:
* The house must always be locked when leaving to go to the beach, dinner, shopping, or any other activity.
12. Energy Saving and Safety:
* Lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill must be turned off when not in use.
13. Substance Use:
* The use of narcotics or any other substances that alter normal body, mental, or behavioral functions is not permitted.
* If this occurs, the ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request that the guest leave the property immediately.
14. Locks:
* In case of damage to the locks, a $150 fee will be charged for lock replacement.
15. Additional Services:
* All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, tours of any kind, cooking services, etc.) must be paid for at the time the service is requested.
16. Noise Restrictions:
* Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels at any time, according to the regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
* For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or maintaining conversations at a volume that exceeds this limit is not permitted.
