Casa Las Brisas is a stunning four-bedroom villa with old-world charm located in Playa Flamingo’s North Ridge.



The Space:

This villa’s standout feature is the wrap-around terrace with a private pool and a soaking tub, shaded by tropical greenery and lush vines. The home offers beautiful panoramic views of Flamingo Beach and the Pacific Ocean from every angle, along with high-end amenities for a luxurious stay in Guanacaste.



Casa Las Brisas welcomes guests with a bright and inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space with tall wooden ceilings and charming brick accents. The living room features a nautical-themed design, with cream-colored couches and a wooden coffee table decorated with beach motifs, like light blue throw pillows and a rug pattered with starfish. The living room sits next to a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap-around terrace and sits around the corner from the swimming pool.



The high-end kitchen features black-and-white granite countertops, custom cabinets, a stand-alone breakfast bar, a wine fridge, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A glass-top dining table with six wooden chairs sits on the opposite side of the bar.



This home can sleep ten guests across four spacious bedrooms. There is one bedroom upstairs with an ensuite bathroom, and another downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The other two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk–in shower and single-sink vanity with granite countertops. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.



The master suite is extremely well-lit and spacious, with vaulted ceilings and a sliding glass door that leads to a private patio. The patio offers a sitting area and a wet bar with three barstools, as well as spectacular views of Playa Flamingo. This room is beautifully furnished with a queen bed and a sitting area with couches, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity with granite countertops and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.



The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a sliding door that leads out to the shared terrace overlooking Playa Flamingo. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity with granite countertops. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a built-in wooden desk with a chair. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen and a double mattress.



In addition to the panoramic upstairs balcony, Casa Las Brisas has a spectacular wrap-around terrace surrounded by lush, tropical greenery. This terrace features several places to sit and soak up the ocean views, as well as a sparkling private pool with a waterfall and a gorgeous stone accent wall, a soaking tub, and a partially-shaded sitting area with a BBQ grill and comfortable pool loungers sitting underneath.

The Neighborhood:

Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo.

Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences.

A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz.

Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill.

Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store.

Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.



Getting Around:

Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.



We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.



Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
