The Space:

Get ready for the beautiful ocean views that the Presidential Suite Condo offers you from almost any spot. Filled with warm wood tones of furniture and cabinets, give you that cozy atmosphere of a true home away from home and a sumptuous touch of elegance. Its open-plan area makes the kitchen and living so inviting for family or friends time-together. Not to mention the sliding doors that lead to the huge balcony for views taken from a postal card, and when opened fill the house with ocean breeze and relaxing waves sounds.



The condominium is fully renovated and upgraded with custom cabinets, tile floors, granite countertops, washer/dryer, is fully A/C, high-speed Wifi, TV, furnished, and equipped we certainly have taken care of the smallest details for your comfort.



This spacious 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo features top-of-the-line mattresses and lines, that will embrace you to rest peacefully. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed to cook just as at home.

The condo and area was very good, it could get a little loud some nights as you are right above some restaurants in the area and the windows didn’t keep any noise out but overall a really lovely stay.

Exceptional view, spacious condo, needs some upgrading

The view is spectacular and the condo is very well situated with everything we needed for a full month’s stay. The balcony is very big and functioned as additional living space. We loved it. Having said that, the property needs a few improvements specifically the seating in the living room which is old and uncomfortable. The shower heads also need fixing. Management is very responsive and helpful for not only the property but also for local information.

Presidential Suites Condo Near Flamingo Beach

The property was what we expected although farther from Flamingo beach than anticipated. Well appointed regarding linens, bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies etc... Convenient to local restaurants, shops and the marina. The swimming pool was extremely clean. I would recommend renting a golf cart as the property is on a hill which is quite steep. The property manager was attentive and very responsive.

Beautiful home!

This was an amazing home with almost 360 degree views of the water, bay, and forest. Proximity to the beach was very close, and the accommodations were very comfortable for our whole family. The manager was friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Sunrises and sunsets!

A very nice place to stay with amazing views of the sunrise from the east windows overlooking the upcoming new marina and from the west facing balcony. We celebrated my granddaughters 10th Birthday the day we arrived and with the help of Alexandra we enjoyed a decorated suite with amazing tres leches birthday cake. The unit is very nice but could use some updating. Unfortunately the dryer while we were there broke and the dishwashing machine was not working. I hope to return again in the not to distant future.

A wonderful space on a beautiful beach

There are many things to rave about for this space but the first would have to be the view of both Potrero and Flamingo beaches from the living room/dining room/kitchen area, and the cross breeze that came with it. The place is nicely furnished and the kitchen fairly well stocked for food prep etc. The large porch is a whole other living space, gorgeous for breakfast and evening sunsets. It is also very conveniently located - about a 5 minute walk to the beach and there is a good mini-market about a 2 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area too. the condo complex is very decent and quiet with a nice pool overlooking Playa Flamingo. Only slight detractions were some minor plumbing and electrical issues - a couple of fans and the dishwasher didn't work. They attempted to fix it while we were there but weren't able to without disrupting our stay. In the end, it really didm't matter. This place is beautiful!

Just what we needed

The location of the property was great! The apartment listing was very accurate and the pictures don't do justice of the breathtaking views you get out of every window. It was very spacious and communication with the property manager/concierge was excellent. We didn't take advantage of all the amenities and options the concierge made available to us (excursions, dinners, etc) but whatever questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. The apartment, although very clean and cozy, was a little dusty and the kitchen counters felt like they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, but it really was such a small issue and easily fixable by cleaning it ourselves. This property is highly recommended. My family is still dreaming of the balcony views and great time that was had. The property is up a hill and we did have a car but the beach and many shops are steps away!
