Casa Las Brisas 5BR is a beautiful five-bedroom villa in the North Ridge of Playa Flamingo that exudes elegance and charm.



The Space:

This property has a stunning wrap-around terrace that offers panoramic views of Flamingo Beach with fabulous amenities, like a private pool and a hot tub. In addition to the four bedrooms in the main house, Casa Las Brisas 5BR comes with an upstairs guesthouse that can sleep an additional four people for a total of 14 guests.



The main home (Casa Las Brisas) has a comfortable living room with a subtle coastal-themed design, high wood ceilings, beautiful brick accents, and a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap-around terrace with picturesque views of Playa Flamingo. The open-concept living space also includes a glass-top dining table with six seats and a renovated kitchen with black-and-white granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, custom cabinets, a wine fridge, and stainless steel appliances.



The main home can sleep ten guests across four bedrooms. The spacious master suite is furnished with a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity with granite countertops, and a private oceanfront balcony with a wet bar. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, the third bedroom has a queen bed with a built-in wood desk, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen and double mattress.



In addition to the main home, Casa Las Brisas 5BR comes with a 600 sq. ft. (56 m²) guesthouse that sits on the villa’s second floor. This guesthouse can sleep an additional four guests between the king-sized bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room. The bedroom and living room share a flat-screen TV and a sliding glass door that leads to a furnished balcony that overlooks the picturesque beach and ocean.



This guesthouse also includes a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity with a granite countertop. The guesthouse also has a full kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and a white subway-tile backsplash.



Guests staying in the main house and the guesthouse can enjoy access to the property’s wrap-around terrace, shaded with lush greenery. This terrace offers several places to sit and soak up the ocean views, as well as a private pool next to a gorgeous stone accent wall, a soaking tub with a waterfall ledge, and a sitting area with a BBQ grill and comfortable pool loungers underneath.

The Neighborhood:

Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo.

Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences.

A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz.

Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill.

Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store.

Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.



Getting Around:

Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.



We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.



Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
