Casa Mamboasis is a stunning modern home with panoramic ocean views in Mar Vista, a gated community in the lush mountains between Flamingo and Brasilito.



The Space:

It can sleep 16 guests in five bedrooms. The property's highlight is its modern outdoor space, featuring a sparkling infinity pool, a luxurious dining pergola, and lush tropical landscaping that creates a tranquil oasis overlooking the Pacific Ocean.



This high-end home features a modern open-concept living space with a living room, dining space, and kitchen. The chic living room features a linen sectional and chair, complemented by stylish black and white throw pillows, a custom wood coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and contemporary artwork.



Behind the couch is a custom wood dining table with a matching set of eight chairs, though the table is large enough to seat 10–12 people. The dining table sits under two stylish rattan light fixtures. Both the living and dining spaces are situated next to a massive sliding glass door that offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and the rolling green hills above Playa Flamingo.



The kitchen boasts a bright, clean, and welcoming design, with a large kitchen island serving as its centerpiece, accompanied by five custom barstools. The island is situated under three modern pendant lights and features a built-in stainless steel oven and cooktop. The kitchen also offers other high-end stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a farmhouse sink that sits beneath a picture window overlooking the ocean.



The highlight of the kitchen is the sliding glass door behind the island, which opens directly onto the outdoor dining space adjacent to the swimming pool. This convenient setup makes it easy to cook, entertain, and experience the effortless enjoyment of indoor-outdoor living in Costa Rica!



This home features five bedrooms with neutral linens and vibrant pops of color from tropical artwork, as well as flat-screen TVs. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed with two trundle beds that can be pulled out from underneath, as well as a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom features two queen beds, several windows to invite natural light inside, and open shelving for storage. The third bedroom features a queen bed with a sliding glass door that leads to the lounge space overlooking the pool. These bedrooms share two bathrooms, each with a rainfall showerhead and single-sink vanity.



The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed that overlooks a sliding glass door, which opens to the pool deck and outdoor dining pergola. The space is also equipped with a plush sofa and armchairs and features a private bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, a tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, a double-sink vanity, and a door that leads to an outdoor shower.



This home also features a private casita guesthouse, complete with a king-sized bed and a queen-sized fold-out couch. The bed overlooks a floor-to-ceiling window that offers picture-perfect views of the greenery and ocean. The casita also features a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, a private living room, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.



The highlight of this home is undoubtedly the resort-style outdoor space, with a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the ocean as the centerpiece. The house also features a spectacular outdoor dining space that connects to the kitchen via a sliding glass door, complete with a large table and barstools, a plush seating area, and a BBQ grill. Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
