You will not find a more communicative, caring and attentive host than Keith. He helped us with who to use for transportation to/from the airport (saving us from renting a car) and connecting us with a knowledgeable resource for arranging tours and activities. The property was great and as advertised. Do yourself a favor

Very relaxing stay! The villa was very clean and well equipped. Keith is extremely responsive and was quick to reply to a few questions during our stay. I believe the pool was recently renovated and it was perfect - very clean and heated. The security and maintenance guys work hard. The walk to the beach is literally right around the corner - keep your eye out for iguanas in the rocks!It's just over a 1 km walk to the plaza (shops, restaurants, ice cream) and the brand new marina. We also walked to A'lo Nico for lunch (highly recommend!) We did drive to get groceries and some of the other restaurants in the area as there really is no shoulder on the main roads and we didn't want to walk at night.Fabulous location in Playa Flamingo!

Wonderful location near beach and coco loco!

We had a fantastic stay at this vrbo. The location is so close the beach- it’s about 3 mins walk. There is a lovely clean pool and apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook for ourselves but when we didn’t- there was the restaurant called coco loco right around the corner with amazing fruity cocktails. The owner was very responsive to a couple of small things that came up and he fixed it right away. For reference there were 3 teens and two adults staying here. We will be back!

Flamingo Dreaming

Our family of four stayed at Keith's property for four nights and loved every minute. The set up is great, nice living space, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Pool and grounds are nice. Property has chairs, cooler, snorkel equipment, towels, etc.The location is awesome. Walk to the beach in 30 seconds and walk to Coco Loco for dinner. Being able to walk to Flamingo beach is must, parking is crazy.Keith is a tremendous host. He is very attentive to all of your needs and truly interested in your group having the best possible experience.Would recommend 10/10

Perfect get away!

We can't say enough about our experience with this property. The location was perfect, beach access was wonderful, and the pool and the overall villa were exceptional. The inside was very clean with many amenities including a good functioning internet, w/d, beach towels, bath towels and bedding. This was our first time to Costa Rica and Keith was the best host, who made sure we were comfortable. He is so knowledgeable about the area and really made a huge difference in our experience.

Pura Vida

This villa had all the amenities we needed for a great beach vacation! The master bedroom had a nice view of the ocean and there was a balcony off the master to take in the views while drinking coffee in the morning ! The pool was steps away from our villa and it felt like our very own pool! There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels to use at the beach, which was only a 3 minute walk from the villla! We didn't rent a car but it wasn't really needed because the town where the marina was was only a 20 minute walk from the villa. Keith was a wonderful host and was very accomodating to all of our needs. We went through Keith to get transportation to the airport and our drive was very nice. He also helped us with suggestions for excursions for our family. We would definitely stay here again in the future! own pool

This property exceeded our expectations. Keith is an excellent and communicative host. The suite is comfortable and fully equipped for everything you would need to enjoy the beach and surrounding area. We loved our stay at this Flamingo Beach villa!

Keith, Best host ever!!

Our trip started over Christmas and was thrown into chaos by the weather!! Our flights were cancelled and we had to change our dates at the last minute. This would have been completely impossible without Keith, our host. He was determined that we would have, not just a good trip, but a great trip. I was ready to give up but he used his extensive contacts and familiarity with the area to pull together a really fabulous trip. The place he found for us was amazing but more than that, his support really kept me going. No question we will try and rent from him again.

Fantastic stay.

First, the owner Keith, is really great to work with. He answers questions in a timely manner and was a great help to us with transportation and just about everything. Thanks Keith! The property was exactly as the pictures show. Two types of coffee makers, drip or pods. Washer/dryer worked, air conditioning was excellent, property pool was great, overall good security and everything was clean, a very short walk to beach, sunsets are awesome, taxis easy to get. I could go on, but, just go to Costa Rica and stay here, guarantee you’ll feel refreshed :) Ernest

Amazing Condo with modern touches!

Keith's condo is amazing and spacious. We felt right at home at Villa's Flamingo, just steps to the pool and beach! The sunset views from the upstairs balcony were breathtaking. We look forward to staying again!!

Best Vacation Ever!

This condo was great! It was a great size for my family of four, had AC, kitchen, cable, internet, and even a washer and dryer, which was awesome! The location couldnt have been even better!The owner, Keith, goes out of his way to make sure your very well taken care of, and answered all my questions within minutes and even came down to get us an evening at the Palms condo beachfront and infinity pool front to have a cocktail and watch the amazing sunset beachfront. Hernan, works at the condos and is amazingly helpful with anything you need. He even came by to get us one night to show us an ant-eater that was spoted in the back of the condos. Will for sure be back-hopefully again and again! **Advice to traveler-download Waze and Whatsapp before you go. two essentials when traveling in Costa Rica.

Flamingo is beautiful

Our stay at flamingo was fantastic. The owner goes out of his way to make sure your very well taken care of. The condo is clean and updated, safe and quiet. This is a great condo for a restful, luxurious vacation stay. That said when you want to party it is just a short walk down the beach . There is also a concierge to help with all your needs for "in country" travel. I would absolutely recommend and visit again!

A delightful stay

Great place to stay in paradise...

This well stocked condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in Flamingo Beach. The owner was gracious enough to get us access to The Palms condo complex across the street where we enjoyed lunch at the infinity pool and sunset on the beach. The location of this unit is perfect to use as a home base for exploring the country or to just stay put and enjoy the beach across the street.
