Location of the condo was excellent!! Beautiful ocean views! Great restaurants walking distance. Condo could use a little updating but overall had everything we could need we had a great trip!

Gorgeous view, great stay!

Margaritaville dropped our reservations when they decided to close in October for renovations, so we took a leap to book this condo. Steep walk from the beach, but tge views were spectacular and the condo was clean and spacious. Great stay.

Location is beautiful and convenient. Directions to find the complex were missing key information (the name posted on the outside of the complex) that could have prevented us driving around an extra half hour. Cleaning crew was still working when we arrived after check in time. Unit needs some maintenance and repair. We had issues with electrical outlets not working, a flickering bedroom lamp, a beeping carbon monoxide detector due to dead batteries, the main slider to the patio not sliding, plus there were holes and rips in the screens. Communication with management was virtually non existent after we checked in with messages not being responded to

Heaven! Absolutely perfect.

That view!!!!

This condo was perfect for our trip. The view is amazing and the unit had AC. What more could you want? The hill to get to the condo is no joke but we liked it, kept us healthy and helped us walk off all the drinks. The pool was also lovely, had a nice view, and was never crowded.

Nice location, comfortable property

This is a very nice and clean unit with a wonderful location. The walk down to the beach is short but steep as many have mentioned. We would take morning walks to the beach and then also hang out at the very clean and welcoming pool. The air conditioning worked well all of the appliances were clean and functioning. The provided kitchen cooking and eating utensils were adequate and allowed us to cook a few meals. I had to work while here and the internet was strong and stable and made logging into work a breeze.The view of the beach and ocean was top notch and the waves sounded like they were 20 feet away. I would have no problem staying here again.

Gorgeous location but needs repairs

The location, balcony, and views are outstanding. It is spacious and has nice decor. However, the air conditioner was broken though they came and repaired it. The shower head was cracked and sprayed most of the water against the wall, and though I reported it and asked it to be repaired/replaced, nothing was done. There is no dishwasher or ice maker (or even ice cube trays) and the nonstick pans are badly damaged. The knives were all dull and the plated chipped. Fixing these small things would make this property more competitive with others like it.

Great pool and view but the unit is a mess

Nice pool and wonderful view but the house needs updating and cleaning. Furniture is filthy, appliances need replacing, towels are from the last decade and dryer sounds like a jet engine. Weirdly all the lid HR s were unplugged and we found out that when plugging them in- most of the outlets didn’t work. Weird bags of something in the closet, filthy lampshades and almost all of the toiletries were empty. Toilet seat close to hanging off the toilet in one bedroom and the ceiling fan didn’t work in the other. So not rent this unit- we were impressed by the outside of the building but the inside is very poor. Plus they asked us to strip the beds and start a load of laundry before we left??? You have to be kidding.

My favorita spot

This unit is my favorite, its my 4th time spending a week here and it keeps giving me the same expectations. The security staff always with a smile, the HK and Vacasa staff amazing as always!! The sunsets speechless and if you sleep with the window open the moon will always show up to make your night even better! See you soon 827!

Gorgeous view and walkable location

Gorgeous view from he balcony and the pool. Walking distance to shopping, beach and restaurants. Very comfortable primary bedroom. We would stay here again!

Great location and view

This unit was a great base from which to enjoy Playa Flamingo. Both the living room and master bedroom have balconies and stunning views out over the Pacific, with perfect views of the sunset. (The second bedroom looks the other direction, towards the marina and Playa Potrero.) The photos kind of undersell this feature. Short walk to the beach, although you do need to go up/down a flight of stairs. A/C worked well, Wi-Fi was good (I worked from the unit for two days and had video calls with no problem.) Bed was comfortable. Unit was very clean. As other reviews have noted, there is a step up to get into the master tub/shower, but it shouldn't be an issue unless you have serious mobility issues. Gustavo (local contact) was very communicative and helpful. Several restaurants within walking distance. Decor was unobjectionable. There were a few dings and items of wear in the condo but nothing that impacted the stay. The condo complex pool is actually much nicer than I expected from the photos. We would stay here again.

Breathtaking Ocean Views

We loved watching the views of the sunsets from our balcony. The condo was tastefully furnished and had everything from beach towels to beachchairs. The kitchen had basics. The pool was pretty but very chilly. The walk back from the beach is not an easy one. Parking felt safe and condo staff was wonderful. We will stay here again.

Great view

The unit was a good size for a family of four, three balconies were a nice surprise. Having a coffee pot with filters was helpful, washer and dryer with detergent also helpful. Easy walk to the beach and the handful of shops and eateries.
