Lovely place to stay. Beautiful views, great staff who will help you plan and book tours. Golf cart rentals which we made use of. Condo had everything we needed.

Was our first trip. Completely unaware of the steep drive to get up to the property but got used to it quickly and the view/property was fantastic. Great time - hope to be back someday.

Did a 360 at the Splendor 360

If you are looking for a nice place with amazing views of Playa Flamingo and Portrero then this is the place. Plenty of room options and it came with free breakfast. I will say that I wish they served breakfast a little bit earlier(it starts at 8:30 am). If you have an excursion or want to hit the beach then the 8:30 am breakfast does not allow for an early start. The climb is steep to get to the property. The trade off for having amazing views. Good thing they have a golf cart shuttle that runs every hour that can take you as far as Flamingo Beach or the Marina. But if you are looking for some cardio and to get you steps in then take the walk down to the dining and the beach that are close. Now, after a day at the beach soaking the sun and having a couple of drinks the walk up is a little intense. So, if you travel with friends and you bring that one friend...you know the one I am talking about. No need to carry them up just call for the shuttle. First time staying in a condo in this area and it was a nice place to lay our heads.

We stayed in a condo just 5 ft from the infinity pool that looked over the ocean. The pool temp was perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable with maid service everyday and equipped with all our needs. The staff, Flower, Abby and Flavio were attentive to all our needs, making dinner reservations, taxis, golf cart rental or anything we needed. The shuttle service (golf cart) to the beach and local restaurants was indeed a bonus. Can’t wait to go back!
