The Palms #10 is a gorgeous two-bedroom condo on the lovely white-sand shores of Playa Flamingo. Located in a high-end condo development, this two-story, open-concept unit boasts the convenient amenities of a luxury resort with the peacefulness and exclusivity of a private residence â perfect for visitors who want the best of both worlds during a visit to Costa Rica!
The Space:
The unitâs first floor features an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable couches and armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to a beautiful shaded terrace. This covered patio is furnished with an outdoor couch and a picnic table, and it offers a well-manicured walkway to the stunning swimming pools and beach.
The kitchen is stylishly designed with wood cabinets, granite countertops, and convenient appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The kitchen and living room are separated by a circular dining table that can seat six guests. The unitâs first floor also includes a half-bath and a wet bar with a sink and a refrigerator for drinks.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is beautifully decorated with colorful coastal decor and furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a small kitchenette. The bedroomâs elegant glass doors open to a patio that overlooks the beach, and the connected bathroom is immaculate, with marble countertops and tile, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and queen-sized bed and offers a connected bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.

The Neighborhood:
The Palms is a luxury gated community in a class of its own, and is among the most exclusive vacation lodging available anywhere near Flamingo. Just a few steps from the beautiful Flamingo Beach, the Palms combines spectacular views with 24/7 security and a delightful sense of privacy.
The Palms Private Residences are located at the far southern end of the dazzling Playa Flamingo, on a delightful and remote beach. Gorgeous swimming pools, palm trees, manicured grass and flower gardens begin at the very edge of the tide line. All tenants here have a front-row seat 24/7 to the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, with interior furnishings and finishings that are second to none.
Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo.
Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences.
A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where thereâs an excellent private school called La Paz.
Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marieâs, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelinaâs, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 OâClock Somewhere Bar & Grill.
Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, youâll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store.
Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.
Getting Around:
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
