This unit is located in 360 Splendor del Pacifico — a luxurious condo development perched on the top of Flamingo’s North Ridge, overlooking the mountains, ocean, and beach. It truly offers some of the best views in Guanacaste!



The Space:

This ground-floor unit features an open-concept living space with a living room and kitchen. The living room has a tan linen couch, a wooden coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to a lovely patio. The patio offers spectacular beach views and access to the condo’s shared poolside deck that showcases a sparkling oceanfront infinity pool, a hot tub, beach loungers, and umbrellas.



The unit’s well-equipped kitchen is decorated with high-end stone countertops and wood cabinets. It offers stainless steel appliances, including an oven, a stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with three barstools under pendant lights.



The unit’s single bedroom has a plush king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. It also has a sliding glass door that leads to a small balcony with a high-top table and chairs, and a partial ocean view. The Neighborhood:

Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo.

Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences.

A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz.

Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill.

Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store.

Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.



Getting Around:

Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.



We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.



Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
