Family Vacation for college graduation and birthday

We had a great stay at this penthouse condo. It was exactly as they advertised. The view was amazing. The size of the unit was perfect for us (mom/dad and young adult daughter and son) and could have accommodated more. Each room had its own bathroom. We stopped at the grocery store (Walmart) from the airport to the condo. However, there is also a Fresko grocery store about a half a mile away from the condo. The condo was stocked with some seasoning already (salt, pepper, etc). The rooftop deck is better than you can amazing. There are 4 really nice lounge chairs to suntan (also umbrellas), hot tub, and grill. On the balcony there is a dining room table to eat outside, a comfortable couch go sit on and have coffee or a drink out on the balcony. The area is very safe with a security stop before anyone can come in or leave. An Uber can not get in until you call the gate to let them know you ordered it. It is a very quiet area and has an outdoor pool and there is also a gym. If you want to go to downtown Cabo to Medano Beach, restaurants, shopping, etc it is only a 12-15 minute ride and cost around 9–13 each way. We arranged transportation to and from the airport and it was so easy. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family. The owner and property manager are very attentive and respond to emails, questions, etc right away, Muchas Gracias to everyone!
