The Space:

We would like to welcome you to Vista Vela lll located in the desirable Tezal area of Cabo. The complex itself is designed for comfort and leisure, featuring multiple pools, a gym, a clubhouse, BBQ Bar and pickleball courts. The lush landscaped gardens and dedicated children’s play areas. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
