Situé dans la communauté privée exclusive de Punta Ballena, qui abrite le célèbre Esperanza Resort, Casa Tita est la maison idéale pour les grandes familles. À 8 000 pieds carrés, cette villa de luxe de 8 chambres et huit salles de bain et demie comprend toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade relaxante à Cabo.

Il y a cinq suites de maître avec lits king, bains privés et balcons privés qui offrent tous une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Beautiful, well-maintained home, great for large groups, tremendous pool, and ocean views

The staff and concierge service were exceptionally helpful. They made our stay quite seemless and memorable. The home has great bones, and is great for any large group. The property is safe and secure, and located close to the center of town—10-15 minutes. I would consider staying here again.

Casa Tita blew us away. From the beautiful property to the amazing service, no detail was spared. The location was great for the group to get to golf and a short walk down to the beach. 10 out of 10.. would absolutely recommend!

Wife’s 40th Birthday

A group of us came out for my wife’s 40th birthday. It was an incredible place to stay. Location was perfect! We felt safe and secure. The house is bigger than advertised! Pool was amazing, staff was easy to work with, and the overall experience was great. I’d highly recommend this place.

Great property for large family

The property was amazing and the staff were incredible! They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. German did and awesome job of finding a Mariachi last minute to celebrate a family member’s birthday and it was an unforgettable moment when they showed up and he was able to make it happen. This in top of the great location and accommodations the property offers. Highly recommend.

We had a AMAZING time and everyone can't stop talking about the beautiful home and the wedding we had there. The wedding you helped us put together, including the food, cake, and mariachi trio, was something we will remember forever. We will definitely be coming back!

Surpassed Expectations

First of all, the house is SO much bigger and more sprawling than it appears in the photos. I was shocked at how it felt like a massive boutique hotel. From engaging with the company, the fact that they were available to help us out at all hours, the attention to detail, the food and drinks they made, the cleaning services, the comfortable beds, the location, the level of safety, the view. This was an exceptional experience in every way. All 18 of us felt comfortable and safe and never wanted to leave.

Excellent solution for large group

I found this listing searching for a rental that could accommodate 13 friends needing separate beds, and booked it based on that. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the management company that handles the rental process and arranges optional additional services. We availed ourselves of chef, bartender, pre-stocking and activity bookings, all of which rounded out the experience and made it an easy and enjoyable stay in Cabo with minimal logistical headaches. I was also happy with the presence of a daily housekeeper, a full time house attendant, and a dedicated concierge to coordinate everything. I am not sure if all bookings get all of those services but that was the icing on the cake in our case. It felt truly white-glove and we didn’t have to lift a finger for anything. By the way, in the Winter whales pass by Punta Ballena (whale point) in an endless succession. You can see them from the patio and hot tub all day long, which is truly amazing.

Beautiful, spacious, relaxing and accommodating for the whole family

We couldn’t have imagined a better place for our family of 19 (ages 2yrs-68yrs). Pool was great for all ages...a shallow end and deep end that accommodating diving. Location was key...not too close to the hub bub of busy Cabo (15min drive if you wanted to hit the town) but close to grocery stores and amazing restaurants. There wasn’t a swimable beach within walking distance, but multiple beaches only 10min away. Chef service was unbeatable. Isaac and Alex were phenomenal. Delicious food and all of the staff were so sweet and accommodating. German, our care taker, was hands down the most caring and attentive man you will ever meet. If we needed a reservation or taxi or peanut butter for pancakes in the morning (of course at our 2yr olds request) he would provide. Noe was so knowledgeable and answered any and every question we had. He made sure our stay was smooth and always available if needed. The layout of the house was absolutely amazing. It never felt crowed yet we had amazing family bonding time. Palapa was astonishing and a place we frequented constantly. Just beautiful! We had amazing massages right in the comfort of our own home. And a bar tender that served up some delicious drinks. When you thinking relaxing vacation Casa Tita hits all the high marks! Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous and Relaxing Stay

We rented Casa Tita for a large group of girlfriends, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Casa Tita was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to spread out and really enjoy our vacation, while also offering many comfortable communal spaces to spend time together and enjoy the sun and beautiful weather. The Sun Cabo staff was friendly and attentive, especially German, who was so helpful throughout our stay. We would love to return to Casa Tita for another weekend getaway!

We celebrated a couple 40th birthdays with a big group of friends at Casa Tita and it was perfect! The house is set up perfectly for big groups, it's a great location and the staff & service was fantastic. I would definitely go back!

We were very very happy!

This house was a great value. It is fabulous and very well set up for large groups. It was awesome hanging out in the dining spaces (indoors and out), and then going back to the very private bedrooms so you get the best of both worlds. The 5 master suites are lovely, private, and quiet. Kids bunk beds are all downstairs in the “children’s quarters” complete with a ping pong table. Our kids thought this was really awesome and fun. Location is good, not great. It’s a few blocks off the water with nothing currently in front of you, but the landscape in front of the house is pretty raw and not that lovely. They are building a new hotel to the one side so there was a lot of construction though it didn’t bother us much. At night you can see another hotel close by to the left, though the lights create some nice ambiance in the dark. Views of the ocean are lovely. Proximity to Punta Ballena Beach Club is great and proximity to tennis courts is nice. The whole community is great for walking around and exercising. German (who manages the house daily) is beyond fabulous. He will do anything and everything you want or disappear and be out of the way. He is gracious and charming and so helpful. Chef Pablo and staff are fantastic. They made delicious meals every night and were so fun and friendly. We loved the food and they made whatever we asked. Lovely property, excellent finishes and decor, great appliances and utility in kitchen, well stocked. We were very very happy!

Went on this trip with a group of friends looking for a great vacation and we were not disappointed. Everyone had an absolutely great time and everything went very smoothly. Chef Daniel's meals were amazing and the private driver services helped us get around with no fuss or hassle. We really appreciate all of your help in making this trip a memorable one!
